Inclusion Criteria: * Patient age ranged between 18-40 years old. * Patients seeking to replace non-restorable tooth / teeth in maxillary esthetic zone (anterior \&premolars) by using immediate implant placement. * Cooperative patients with high motivation and good oral hygiene. * Intact socket wall after tooth extraction. * Jumping gap more than 2mm. * Favorable occlusion without presence of parafunctional habits, eg; bruxism and clenching. * Sufficient inter-arch space to accommodate the future prothesis. * Patients able to comply with the required recall visits. Exclusion Criteria: * Patients with known systemic diseases, which can affect normal bone formation or blood coagulation. * Presence of signs of acute infection or pus formation. * Pregnancy. * Smoking. * Patients on bisphosphonate drug.
