Summary
This study looked at whether adding eldecalcitol (a vitamin D-like drug) to denosumab (a bone-strengthening drug) works better than denosumab with regular vitamin D for postmenopausal women with osteoporosis. 100 women took part and researchers measured changes in bone density over 12 months. The goal was to see if the combination could improve bone health and reduce fracture risk.
