Summary

This study tested a new dengue fever vaccine in healthy Japanese children and adults. The goal was to see if the vaccine was safe and if it created an immune response that could protect against dengue. Participants received two shots, three months apart, and were followed for about nine months to check their antibody levels and monitor for side effects.
