Summary
This study tested whether a new two-dose dengue vaccine could prevent dengue fever in healthy children aged 4 to 16. Over 20,000 children participated, with some receiving the vaccine and others receiving a placebo. Researchers measured how well the vaccine prevented symptomatic dengue and related hospitalizations.
