Summary
This phase 3 trial is testing a dengue vaccine (TDV) in 800 adults aged 45 to 79, including those with diabetes, high blood pressure, or kidney disease. Participants will receive two shots three months apart. The study aims to check for side effects and measure the immune response, especially in older adults and people with other health conditions.
