Summary
This study aims to find the best way to calm severe, distressing agitation (delirium) in hospitalized patients with advanced cancer who are receiving comfort-focused care. It compares four different drug strategies for patients whose initial low-dose medication isn't working. The goal is to improve patient comfort and reduce distress for both patients and their caregivers.
