First seen Oct 31, 2025 · Last updated Apr 28, 2026 · Updated 27 times

Summary

This study looks at 1000 people with systemic sclerosis (scleroderma) to see if a computer can analyze their CT scans and predict if their lung disease will get worse. Researchers will check if certain features on the scans are linked to survival, lung function decline, and development of pulmonary hypertension. The goal is to find better ways to identify who needs early treatment.
