New drug combo shows promise for Hard-to-Treat cancers

Summary

This study tests an experimental drug called DECOY20, given alone or with another drug (tislelizumab), in people with advanced solid tumors (like liver, colon, pancreatic, lung, and others). The goal is to find the safest dose and see if it shrinks tumors. About 120 adults with cancers that have spread or can't be removed will take part.
