New cancer drug trial tests immune system 'Decoy' to fight advanced tumors
NCT ID NCT05651022
Summary
This early-stage study is testing a new immunotherapy drug called DECOY20, both alone and combined with another cancer drug (tislelizumab), in people with advanced solid tumors that have stopped responding to standard treatments. The main goals are to find safe doses, check for side effects, and see early signs of whether the treatment helps shrink tumors. About 120 adults with specific advanced cancers like lung, liver, colorectal, and pancreatic cancer will participate.
