Summary
This study tests a special tool called UR-GOAL that helps older adults (age 60+) with newly diagnosed acute myeloid leukemia and their caregivers make treatment decisions. About 1,020 participants will be randomly assigned to use the tool or receive general health information. The goal is to see if the tool reduces distress and improves shared decision-making between patients and doctors.
