Summary
This study is for people with a certain type of prostate cancer that is more likely to come back. The researchers want to see if a precise, high-dose radiation treatment called SBRT can control the cancer without needing hormone therapy. They will also use a special test called Decipher to decide who needs a stronger radiation dose. The main goal is to see if this approach keeps the cancer from returning or spreading.
