Summary

This study is for people with myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS) who have had a stem cell transplant but still have tiny amounts of cancer cells left (called measurable residual disease). The goal is to see if giving a drug called DEC-C early can lower the chance of the cancer returning. About 209 participants will be enrolled to test safety and effectiveness.
