First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 01, 2026 · Updated 24 times
Summary
This study tested a shorter course of pelvic radiation (instead of the usual 5-6 weeks) in 25 women who had a hysterectomy for advanced endometrial cancer. The goal was to see if the shorter treatment causes fewer side effects while still controlling the cancer. The approach aims to make treatment more convenient and less toxic.
