First seen May 31, 2026 · Last updated Jun 09, 2026 · Updated 3 times
Summary
This study tests whether a drug-coated balloon is as safe and effective as a drug-eluting stent for people with large coronary artery disease. About 1,400 adults with chest pain or signs of heart muscle strain are taking part. The main goal is to see which method better prevents death, heart attack, repeat procedures, or major bleeding.
