Summary

This study tests if a culturally adapted version of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills training helps teens aged 12-18 with emotional disorders like depression or anxiety. Participants are randomly assigned to either the DBT group or a standard support group. Researchers will compare how quickly symptoms improve during treatment and at a 3-month follow-up.
