NCT ID NCT06566235

First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study tests whether a culturally adapted version of Dialectical Behavior Therapy skills training (DBT-A-ST) helps teens aged 12-18 with emotional disorders like depression, anxiety, or ADHD. Participants are randomly assigned to either the DBT group or a standard support group, and their progress is tracked over several months. The goal is to see if the DBT group leads to faster and greater improvements in emotional and behavioral symptoms.
