Summary
This study tested an experimental drug called DAY101 (tovorafenib) in people aged 12 and older with advanced solid tumors that had stopped responding to other treatments. The goal was to see if the drug could shrink or control tumors that have specific genetic changes. The trial was terminated early and involved a small group of 23 participants.
