Summary
This study aims to help leaders in Oregon—like health officials, community groups, and policymakers—use up-to-date data to make better choices about substance use services. The goal is to improve how resources are allocated to prevent overdoses and support treatment. About 341 decision-makers will take part, testing a new way to share easy-to-understand data that guides their work.
