Summary

This study tested whether the drug dasatinib could help control several rare blood disorders including leukemia, myelofibrosis, and mastocytosis. Participants took dasatinib pills daily for as long as it helped control their disease. Researchers monitored blood counts and bone marrow to see how patients responded to the treatment.
