New pill helps insomniacs fall asleep faster and stay asleep longer

Summary
This study tested a new sleep medication called Daridorexant in 164 adults with insomnia. Participants took the drug or a placebo for 4 weeks to see if it improved total sleep time and how quickly they fell asleep. The goal was to find a safe and effective treatment for better sleep.
