Summary
This clinical trial tests whether a new drug called YZJ-1139 can help people with insomnia sleep better than the commonly used medication zolpidem. Adults aged 18 to 64 with insomnia disorder take either YZJ-1139 or zolpidem daily for 28 days. Researchers measure sleep quality using both overnight sleep lab tests and daily sleep diaries to see which drug works better and is safer.
