This study tests whether DARE-HPV, a vaginal capsule containing HIV drugs lopinavir and ritonavir, can clear persistent high-risk HPV infections in women aged 22-50. Participants will receive one of two doses for 14 or 21 days, or a placebo. The main goal is to see if the infection is gone 3 months after treatment.
