New cocktail targets Hard-to-Treat myeloma

Summary

This study tests a combination of four drugs (daratumumab, carfilzomib, pomalidomide, and dexamethasone) in people whose multiple myeloma has returned or stopped responding to prior treatments. The goal is to see how many patients achieve tumor shrinkage and how long the benefit lasts. About 43 adults aged 18–80 with relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma will take part.
