Summary

This study tests the safety of dapagliflozin, a drug approved for diabetes and heart failure, when given before surgery to people with early-stage lung adenocarcinoma. The drug targets a protein found at high levels in these cancer cells. About 48 participants will receive the drug and be monitored for side effects and changes in tumor activity.
