First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 31 times
Summary
This study tests whether the drug dapagliflozin, taken for 3 months, can lower vein pressure in adults with a surgically repaired single ventricle heart (Fontan circulation). About 27 participants will receive either the drug or a placebo. The goal is to see if the drug helps the heart pump more efficiently and reduces symptoms like shortness of breath.
