Summary
This study tested whether a 12-week online dance program is practical and enjoyable for young adults with Down Syndrome. Twenty participants joined two 35-minute group dance sessions each week from home. Researchers measured attendance, safety, and changes in fitness and thinking skills to see if this approach could help lower Alzheimer's risk. The goal was to learn if this type of remote exercise program is feasible for this group.
