Summary

This study compares custom-made and ready-made Carriere motion appliances for correcting Class II malocclusion (overbite) in 24 teenagers aged 12-15. The goal is to see which device achieves a proper bite faster and with better patient satisfaction. Participants will be randomly assigned to one of the two braces, and treatment duration, dental changes, and comfort will be tracked over about 6 months.
