Surgeons test custom grafts to save High-Risk patients from aortic rupture
NCT ID NCT04746677
Summary
This trial is testing a minimally invasive procedure for patients with dangerous aortic aneurysms who are too high-risk for traditional open surgery. Doctors will modify a standard aortic graft on-site to fit each patient's unique anatomy and implant it via a small incision. The goal is to see if this custom approach is safe and effective at preventing a life-threatening rupture over five years of follow-up.
