Summary

This study looked at whether custom-made insoles, created with 3D printing or computer-controlled machines, can help people with flexible flat feet. Forty adults aged 18 to 55 who had not used custom insoles recently took part. The researchers measured changes in foot pain, disability, and activity levels using a standard questionnaire.
