Summary

This study compares two minimally invasive treatments for carpal tunnel syndrome: pulsed radiofrequency (using heat pulses) and hyaluronidase hydrodissection (injecting a fluid to free the nerve). About 56 adults with mild to moderate carpal tunnel will be randomly assigned to one of the two procedures. The goal is to see which provides faster and better pain relief and improves hand function.
