Can a simple blood test predict sarcoma recurrence?
NCT ID NCT04925089
First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jul 02, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This study looks at whether a blood test for tumor DNA (ctDNA) and detailed scans can help predict how well chemotherapy works in people with a rare soft tissue cancer called leiomyosarcoma. About 40 participants will give blood samples and have scans before, during, and after treatment. The goal is to find better ways to spot early signs of cancer returning, not to test a new treatment.
