Blood test may let some endometrial cancer patients skip extra immunotherapy

Summary
This study looks at whether a blood test that detects tumor DNA (ctDNA) can help doctors decide if it's safe to stop maintenance immunotherapy after one year in people with advanced or recurrent endometrial cancer. About 30 participants will receive standard chemotherapy plus immunotherapy for one year. If their ctDNA test is negative at that point, they and their doctor can choose to stop immunotherapy. The goal is to see if this approach is practical and maintains good health outcomes.
