New blood test could personalize chemo for colon cancer patients

Summary
This study tests whether a blood test that detects cancer DNA can help doctors decide on the best chemotherapy for people with high-risk stage II colorectal cancer. About 340 patients who still have cancer DNA in their blood one month after surgery will receive different chemotherapy plans. The goal is to see if more intense chemo can clear the cancer DNA and improve survival.
