First seen Jan 08, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 17 times
Summary
This study compares two imaging methods (CT-FFR and QFR) to help doctors decide the best treatment for people with coronary artery disease. About 1,400 adults with narrowed heart arteries will be randomly assigned to one of the two imaging-guided strategies. The goal is to see which approach leads to fewer major heart problems like heart attacks or the need for additional procedures within one year.
