Could freezing breast cancer replace the knife?

Summary
This study tests a treatment called cryoablation, which uses extreme cold to freeze and destroy small, low-risk breast tumors. It aims to see if freezing the tumor works as well as surgery, while offering a better quality of life with less pain, no general anesthesia, and better cosmetic results. About 234 people with early-stage breast cancer will take part, and they will still receive standard treatments like radiation or chemotherapy if needed.
