Summary
This phase 2 study tests a new shingles vaccine called CRV-101 (amezosvatein) against the current standard, Shingrix, in about 1,500 adults aged 50 and older. The goal is to see if CRV-101 is safer and triggers a strong immune response. Participants receive two shots and are monitored for side effects and antibody levels over 14 months.
