Summary

This study tests whether taking creatine HCl daily for 12 weeks can improve muscle strength, physical function, and brain performance in adults over 60 with sarcopenia (age-related muscle loss). Researchers will also check changes in blood markers and tissue creatine levels. The goal is to see if this simple supplement can help manage sarcopenia and improve quality of life.
