Summary

This study tests whether taking creatine supplements along with a home-based resistance training program twice a week can help men with metastatic prostate cancer maintain muscle mass and reduce fatigue. About 200 participants will be followed for 52 weeks. The goal is to improve physical function and quality of life during hormone therapy.
