Summary

This study looks at whether a virtual reality (VR) program called CAST can help older adults with mild cognitive impairment (mild memory problems) stay socially and mentally engaged. Researchers will test how easy and enjoyable the VR system is for 312 people aged 65 and older. The goal is to see if VR can be a useful tool to support brain health and social connection in aging.
