Summary
This early-phase trial tests a new drug called CRD3874-SI in people with advanced solid tumors like sarcoma and Merkel cell carcinoma. The main goal is to find the safest dose and see if it can shrink tumors. About 72 participants will receive the drug to check for side effects and early signs of effectiveness.
