Summary
This study tests a new treatment called CRC01, made from a patient's own immune cells, for people with severe lupus that has damaged their kidneys. About 39 adults with lupus nephritis will receive a single infusion of these cells after a short course of chemotherapy. The goal is to see if the treatment can safely improve kidney function and reduce lupus activity over 12 months.
