Summary

This study looks at whether craniosacral therapy, a gentle manual therapy, can help reduce pain, depression, and improve body awareness and quality of life in primary caregivers of people with special needs. About 30 female caregivers will either receive the therapy or be in a control group. The goal is to see if this non-drug approach can ease the physical and emotional burden of caregiving.
