Summary

This study tests an updated mRNA COVID-19 vaccine designed to target current virus variants. About 832 adults, especially those 65+ or with risk factors, will receive the vaccine to check how well it boosts immunity and to monitor for side effects. The goal is to ensure the vaccine remains effective as the virus changes.
