NCT ID NCT04896060
Summary
This study aimed to understand how the stress and changes from the COVID-19 pandemic affected people's eating habits and weight. Over 5,000 English-speaking adults participated by completing online surveys about their stress, mental health, and eating behaviors over time. The goal was to gather knowledge about these relationships, not to provide a treatment.
