Summary

This study surveys up to 20,000 employees of MD Anderson Cancer Center to understand how the COVID-19 pandemic affected their mental health and stress levels. Participants fill out questionnaires about stress and trauma-related symptoms. The goal is to identify which workers are most at risk and help design better mental health support.
