Summary
This study aimed to understand how the COVID-19 pandemic and its restrictions impacted the health and well-being of people aged 75 and older, as well as their caregivers. Researchers followed over 1,000 older adults in Spain, analyzing their health records and conducting interviews to see how the pandemic changed their care needs, daily function, and quality of life. The goal was to gather information to help improve future healthcare services for this vulnerable group.
