NCT ID NCT05952284

Summary

This study aims to understand how sleep and daily routines affect the health of couples where one partner has mild memory problems. Researchers are observing 170 couples over time to see if sleep patterns influence memory changes and well-being in both partners. The goal is to learn more about the link between sleep, relationships, and the risk of developing more serious memory conditions like Alzheimer's disease.
