Summary

This study looks at whether exercising the muscles used for coughing and swallowing can help head and neck cancer survivors who had radiation therapy. The goal is to reduce the risk of pneumonia caused by accidentally inhaling saliva. About 175 participants will be followed to see if stronger cough muscles lead to safer swallowing.
