This study tests whether adding core stabilization exercises to standard scoliosis-specific physical therapy (BSPTS) can improve trunk rotation and core endurance in adolescents with idiopathic scoliosis. Participants will be randomly assigned to receive either BSPTS alone or BSPTS plus core exercises, twice a week for six weeks.
