This study looked at whether a program of core stabilization exercises could help teenagers who had surgery for scoliosis (a curved spine) have more balanced shoulders and shoulder blades. Twenty teens aged 10 to 18 who had spinal fusion surgery did the exercises and were tested before and after. The goal was to see if their shoulder asymmetry and pain improved.
