Summary

This study tested whether a single infusion of a child's own stored umbilical cord blood could improve movement in children with spastic cerebral palsy. 63 children aged 1 to 6 years received either cord blood or a placebo, and their motor skills were tracked for a year. The goal was to see if the treatment could help control the condition and improve daily function.
